No, but he had furry feet.
My daughter and I were skipping to Rocky Horror Picture show when she stepped on the bottom of my flipflop, while the top kept on goin with me. Luckily we were right by a huge store that sells everything so I had to buy new flipflops. I am burying my old ones that have stayed with me for 2-3 years now .
My new ones Squeek :( I wish I could just go barefoot instead :(

It must have been March Madness. Yeah, that's it. March Madness!
(that's impossible)
And yet it happened!
Speaking of March, it's finally warming up around here. I was barefoot outdoors yesterday. Now if I could only find enough nerve to go to a nudist camp :O)

Okay your forgiven Paul DS, my hubby is caught up in March madness too, along with hockey, so you have an excuse!

Thank Kim. :)
Well, it's April now, so I can't use that excuse anymore. Next time I'm out of line I'll say it's Spring Fever! :o)

Has anyone ever tried barefoot water skiing? That would be a neat thing to try. It would be really neat to water ski both barefoot and nude. :o) I'm not aware of anyone who has tried it. I've seen people sky dive and bungy jump nude, though. :o)

Several years ago I went to the Pueblo Reservoir in Pueblo, Colorado with a friend. We were fishing from his boat up in the northwest corner where the Arkansas River flows into the lake. This area didn't get much traffic because at the time it was loaded with snags from trees left in place when the dam was built. Boats were always losing props and fishermen their rigs, but because of the underwater obstructions it was a haven for fish, so we decided to give it a try. We had been trolling in the area for a few minutes when a boat came roaring in pulling a skiier. There was a man and a woman in the boat and the skiier was male. The didn't come too near us so we didn't give them much thought. A few minutes later they came back, only this time they passed closer and the skiier, the same man as before, was nude except for the ski and his legally-mandated life jacket. All three waved and blasted off towards the lower part of the lake. My friend and I stayed there for another hour or so, trolling for fish that didn't want to get caught, hoping that the ski boat would return, perhaps with a different skiier on the end of the rope. No such luck, though.

Don't know about bare feet water skiing, but I've had several friends who have done it nude during some of the Travelites events over the years in Okla. and South Carolina. Each skier did use at least one ski.

For bare feet, you usually need to be doing at least 35 MPH to create enough lift. The minimum speed is lower if you have big feet and are lightweight. Most people learn by using a boom sticking out the side of the boat (no wake to disturb your feet and balance). It seems like it would be cool to skim along on the water both barefoot and nude.
Someone on the web said they bruised their rear end while learning to barefoot ski when they were skimming along on their rear end. And they were wearing shorts. One could bruise their rear end quite good if learning in the nude. :o)

I have seen videos of people water skiing nude, looks like lots of fun. We were at Coral Gables Florida and saw a show where people were water skiing bare foot.

I got to see people skiing barefoot once at a water show that I attended. I want to try it at least once in my life. I would still need to learn how to water ski first. Those parachute water rides where they pull you with the boat look fun too. I would like to try one of those nude :o)

Paul DS I rode a Parasail at a resort in the Caribbean, it was really a lot of fun. I think the hornace you have to wear would make it uncomfortable to do in the nude.
