I tell you Kim, when I told the Prof what I had to do she laughed too. I remember going into the store and asking the sales girls where the underwear was and she looked at me kinda strange, then the Prof says, "most people probably bring their own with them on a cruise".
Never thought about that! I still have them...haven't worn them since that cruise, don't really know why I have them, they're just stuck in a drawer.

Dang me! I hate drawer's being stuck FireProf! I have a couple pair's of boxer's in the same condition, still in their wrap and way back in the drawer...I know they're popular and lot's of women prefer 'em...They just seem to kinda' 'bunch up' on me.

O well when you have to wear them you have to wear them. Just make sure they are clean in case you have to go to the emergency room!

If you are that hurt or injured...and believe me, I've seen this happen so many times I can't count...those nurses just take their trusty "cut through metal" scissors and swooosh...those underwear are on the ER floor. Some EMT/orderly picks up the pieces and puts them in a red bag for you so you have a souvenir of your night in the hospital. I've never heard anyone complain about their $30 pair of Victoria Secret panties but I've seen some really hurt women just about come right off the gurney if you say you're gonna cut their jeans off!
I'm sorry.......what did my post have to do with Body Massage!!??

Back to the topic. I always had massages without underwear, just being draped. I also heard that you could keep your underwear on during a Thai message because the underwear won't interfere with techniques used for Thai massage, but I never tried it so I don't know.

I wouldn't mind the drape if it were cold or cool but I'd rather be nude without a drape whenever possible. I'm sure my wife feels the same way.
This is how we usually get our massages at the resort, nude and undraped, it's not the same being covered while getting a massage. Maybe that's why we only get them at the resort now.
We'd really like to find a masseuse that made house calls. We talked about having a standing appointment where we could both get one the same day at home, either inside or on our patio. We've looked everywhere in the newspaper but only find those seedy massage parlor adds. No thanks, we'd like to establish a friendly relationship with a masseuse so when we get to know each other better the masseuse may agree to us being nude during our massages. We'll keep looking.

I think its for the masseuse's own protection FireProf, I may be wrong, but it may be their proffesional organization dictates that they do. It may keep them out of trouble or law suits.

FireProf I heard that some legitimate masseuses do make house calls in the Bay Area, but I never tried it here in the PNW so I don't know. You might want to look for them at your local wellness centers, or facilities specialized in theraputic and holistic treatments.

Those are good places to look Stibw. We'll try that. We have a good friendship with the masseuse at the resort we frequent. She used to travel past our house a few times a month to visit family. We always thought about asking her if she wanted to stop and give us both massages on her way home, visit family, make some money but then thought, it's her day off, she really doesn't want to work on her day off.
A few months later while visiting the resort and getting a massage, I asked her and she said she would have been happy to stop by and see us and if we wanted...give us massages, but now the family member she used to visit no longer lives near us so we live too far for her to make the house call.
We'll keep looking.

Getting your massage at the club should be a good incentive to attend frequently. I think someone who knows you would be your best bet. Maybe the masseuse at the club knows someone who makes house calls.

We'll have to inquire again when we go back to the resort and ask her is she will make a house call now that her family member moved back closer to our home.
