My backyard has no fence and that meens that I can't go outside nude. Also, I have no transportation to go to a nude resort. Please help me.

Aaron, What it does mean is that you're going to have to learn to drive, get a car or find out what the public transportation system has to offer.
In what part of PA are you? I am not that familiar with PA. You are young yet and will have a lot of opportunities down the road. Be patient. Do you live at home with your parents?

I just Googled his town. he is near Harrisburg.
Try http://nudistparksusa.net/ and you can find groups in your area. At 18 and not transportations and no environment it's not hard. Hell, I had to live with my parents for a year and it was hard and I am 50. Patience is the key. You can also keep surfing and locating others online in your area. Many groups have meetings that you can attend if you can get a ride.

It is up to you to improve your situation.
The good news is you have taken the first step and identified the problems, now start working on identifying solutions. You have been given some excellent suggestions. I would add perhaps you can make some modifications to the backyard? Perhaps a fence, a few blankets hanging from a clothes line, a tent set up in a more isolated part of the yard? When I was living at home I used to go biking or hiking out in the mountains near our home and find likely spots to skinny dip or jsut sunbath nude. So there you go let us know how it goes, Good luck.
