I live in a beach community in Florida. I was told that the laws are different depending on whether or not or are inside your home or outside in public view. We don't have many kids around, which is my main concern. I rarely wear clothing during the summer months, and my neighbors don't seem to mind.

We live a ways out of town so we don't have neighbors withing seeing distance. We have large windows and we don't have shades on most of them.
Back when we lived in a city I often ignored my neighbors and went naked in my back yard or in the house. After dark I would go naked to the front yard or on the lower flat roof. My plan is "don't get arrested." I don't care if someone sees me. I learned long ago that I won't turn into a pumpkin if someone sees my body.
This time of year I envy your warm weather in Florida, Dpatter26. We are having a high temperature less than 40 F. That's not warm enough for me to be comfortable naked.

I live in the center of a very old townand recently built a three story brick house on lot #5 we live on the third floor to take advantage of the GREAT water views. The house has no window treatment at all, I am nude in there 95% of the time (my wife not so much) if we are not in the window or on the deck no one can see anything! That is not to say that we don't eat breakfast on the deck 30 ft above the sidewalk, nearly nude, every day that it is warm enough. That being said I need to pass on a new find for the cooler weather, Deluth Trading Co's long tail "T" shirt, it is slightly heavier and 3" longer in the body. It makes dining on the deck in the 50 degree sun delightful!

LOOK IF YOU WANT,WE DON'T CARE!
no really we go nude alot weclose blinds when we go to bed but open outside doors in master bedroom for air flow and open blinds at sunrise i even go get newsparper and mail in the nude

i am nude majority of time and the only place where anyone can really see in is the living room that has the miniblinds in a open position, and we only sit out there occasionally. i do vacuum out there but its during the early afternoon when everyone is at school or work so i don't bother shuting them.at the back of the house is bamboo blinds that if you get up to the windows you can see in but i can see out, the most important thing is to be comfortable where you live.

the other day i didn't have a issue with the blinds but the front door, i was just getting out of bed and heard the doorbell ring so i went and opened it staying behind the door as much as possible but the jehovah witness couple could tell i just woke up and was somewhat undressed but insisted on giving me a pamplet so when i went to reach with the hand that wasn't holding the glass door open i became more exposed. i try not to offend others but i also think they are knocking on my door i'm not knocking on theirs and they could tell i wasn't dressed so they should have said they would have returned. It's a good thing they didn't ask to come in as i may have let them, maybe i could have given them insight to adam and eve.

Depends on the time of day. Night time, blinds closed as lights would be on and people could see in. Day time, since it is darker inside than outside, the window is like a mirror...I can see out, but people can't see in, unless they are or I am right at the window. Since I live in a second floor apartment, I only have to make sure I'm not standing right in the window.

I tend to keep anyting facing front of house closed but side and rear windows not too concerned.

I have to agree with free2be. During the day I will open the blinds and curtains to let the light in. I will also leave the front door open since the storm door only has a window on the top half. No one will see me during the day unless they come up on the porch at which point they are either trespassing or snooping and it is their problem not mine.

My next house HAS to have a storm door for that very reason! I'm tired of not having one. They seem to be less common nowadays. Almost none of the houses on my street (or in my area for that matter) have them. Rarely anyone had them in Florida.

I just open the horizontal blinds so that I can see outside, only in the upper direction. The birds can see me nude, but they're not talking.
