No Topic Needed In This Thread - Topic-Free Zone
There was a good suggestion for an "off topic" topic, where the Admin won't gripe at you for ignoring the subject!
And so, drum roll please, the moment we have been waiting for has finally arrived! In this thread, and this thread only, it matters not what the subject is, nor if there was a subject in the first place. So, what's new with you?

i have been enjoying the warm spring sun sunbathing on the back porch over past several weeks, i would like to get back to going to the nudist camp but the price of ga$$ and it being 120 miles round trip is a deterent. i guess i will enjoy the porch and kayak to my little cove and do some skinnydipping.

Well, since it can be ANY topic, I think this site would be more fun if it was easier to post photos of beaches, etc. Same with adding an avatar. Not sure if there is much you can do about the interface, but it's not very intuitive. Or maybe you don't want folks to have that ability because you'd have to babysit it, which is true, except you have to babysit the site in any case (this morning I noticed about a dozen of spam posts/topics). Anyway, just a thought. Thanks for the work you do.

Apparently I returned too early from my winter retreat in southern California. Here it is the end of the first week of May and the warm sunny weather I'd expected here in SW Ohio has yet to make an appearance. Where is that global warming when you need it? Mother Nature can be a real bitch.
Happy Mothers Day ladies.

I don't know if you were posting when we had some speed problems on the forums a couple of years back. It turns out we had to upgrade to a different server type SQL. In the process, members lost the ability to upload graphics, the members photos albums became inoperable, and a few other bugs showed up. There is an option to upgrade the forum to a newer interface that is available. This would either annoy or delight the members, and would bring back some functionality. In the meantime, as you have surmised, it makes the job of keeping the images on the site under control an order of magnitude easier. Just send your images to admin@nudist-resorts.org with clear instructions and have infinite patience. As long as members send me notices of spammers, maintaining the site is not a hassle. Hope everyone is getting some sun on ya.

How come a website called "Nudist-Resorts" seems to have far more posts on contemporary politics than on nudist resorts? Should I log on to Politico.com or RealClearPolitics.com to find out about nudist resorts?

NaturistDoc;
Since no one else had commented, I thought maybe I was being too insensitive about the needs of a few to comment on various political items. It does seem to me that the political agendas pushed other considerations out.
While we happen to be politically active, some of us need time away from that; that's why Mrs Landlord and I enjoy our local club, some of the resorts and home nudism nearly 1/2 of every day.

well as far as the political agenda is a matter of free speech and the admin seems ok with it i see no problem with it , but have shy-ed away from posting and have actually cut back on watching it on tv or reading about it as much. well i think i have at least cut my time with it by 50 % as most politicians on all side really don't have your interest in their minds but how many $$$$$$$ they can take from you so i am going back to my reason for being here and that is nudism and will consider this as my outlet from the real world, so i will sit here sipping my drink by the pool nude.

And another thing ... sometimes when I log onto NRO, I get shunted off to a nudism webring. Kinda irritating. It usually takes a half-dozen mouse-clicks to get back to NRO. What's up with that?

Same here Doc, It would be nice if Admin would let us know if they know what's going on with that.
