We are looking for a nudist resort to enjoy some time off from the midwest during the winter, but I am somewhat put off by what I have seen about hotel cleanliness and what other people "DO" in that room. Am I too anul, too much a clean-freak or what? My gf won't even walk on the bathroom floor unless she spreads towels across it. Of course, we then have to call housekeeping for more. OH, and not hot tubs or jacuzzi's - to many nasties in there, for her.

I can very much endorse all the AANR parks and resorts in CA. Most in FL are great. South Texas has Sandpipers Holiday Park as well as Natures Retreat in Edinburg and many others in that state. Those parks in the Carolina and the northwest also are great. The only park I've visited out of the 50+ is one in Louisianna that was not clean.

most resorts are very conscientious about cleanliness.
pool, jacuzzis, hot tubs are all scoured at least once a day.
and when there are problems, the area is closed until repaired.
in all other matters, use common sense. remember, resorts are held to the same health code that any other place is, so i wouldnt worry too much.

We've been to - -, Lake Como and Avalon and several AANR clubs in the NY tri state area. We found all of them to be very clean.
