Now you've gone too far!! To have the word "Christian" and "Nudist" in the same phrase just really ticks me off! (You can throw in the Jews in that phrase also, Im sure they dont condone nudism either) It clearly states in the bible that the Human body should be treated as a temple, to wear clothes in a decent and moral manner. Jesus would never have condoned people prancing around naked. In fact it happened at Sodom and Gomora, and look what God did!! I think more people today should spend their time rading the Bible, going to Church and stop seeking out the "pleasure orgy palaces"

Mark,
Really read the Old Testament. Adam and Eve were created naked. Only when they were cast out of Eden did they realize they were unclothed. There were many instances throughout the Old Testament as well as New Testament during which nakedness was not adverse. Didn't an important figure in religion spend a number of years nude in the desert?

My rabbi is aware of how I relax, & destress. He sees no problem with my lifestyle.

I would very much suggest going to http://cheef.com (Cheef Dan who is a minister created that website) or Boyd Allen's website (can't remember that right now).

Understanding and accepting our neighbors as ourselves is what you need or should do to be a good person/Christian/Jew.

To be a good Jew, one only needs to believe in God & be good to your fellow man.

Regards, Cheri

Cheri, Cheri, Cheri, ...... I do appreciate your sticking to all of this,,,,Now think about it. A fellow walking around in the desert for any period of time NEEDS cover-up from the intense sun and the cold of the evening. I think when you read this the interpretation is probably that his "thoughts" were laid bare....for contemplation. He was not literally nude, he couldnt have survived. Many times in the bible you will find instances like this....
And it wasn't when Adam and Eve were physically out of the garden that people realized they were nude, it was when God gave them a sense of shame (which God put into people for a reason) after they disobeyed God. And what did they do to correct it? They put on clothes...
You want to see a good christian site? Go to http://www.jesus.com. It may open your eyes....
Mark

Adam & Eve were naked in the garden. Only after they were cast out afer disobeying God where they aware of their nakedness.

Under the protection of God, people can go where it would be otherwise impossible.

When they were in Eden, they were naked and not ashamed.

I don't want to argue religious interpretation. I know what I believe.

I sure there are more religion-knowledgeable people online who can better respond to you.
