Hello there. Did anyone go to Little Beach in Maui? My husband and I loved it esspecially the drum circle, and everyone was dancing and having a great time. I had a blast a couple of times out towels got soaked because the waves came up quick luckily we were able to save our stuff just in time. Also does anyone go to Glen Eden? That place I have been going to for two years, and it is awesome! This weekend they are going to have a singo-de-mio party so we are going there for the weekend. It is in Corona, hopefully with the wildfires going on it will not affect anything. Oh to all of the moms out there, happy mothers day!

groovy41,
Welcome, its always nice to have another female poster join us.
We have yet to go to Little Beach on Maui. Been to Maui a few times but never to little beach. My wife wasn't quite ready for social nudity when we were last there, about 8 years ago.
We have been to Glen Eden once. We have been invited back by some of our friends that we go to San Onofre Beach and to Terra Cotta Inn in Palm Springs but haven't made it there yet.
I'll give the Prof your Mom's day regards, you have one too and enjoy Glen Eden.

It is too bad that Hawaii is not kind to nude beaches. I had a couple business trips to Honolulu last year, but I stayed clothed during all my beach visits after work-- didn't want to get in trouble especially I was on business capacity there.

secret beach is the unofficial nude beach. local officials have been trying to close it down for years. but what great beach, small waterfall to wash off in after being in the surf and sand.

Little Beach is great! My husband and I were there two years ago. Getting naked there started a bit of a nude journey for us.
A lot of first timer tourists (tan-lines much?) and some super local people. Little Beach is little, but it is clean, nice people, and a great view of Molokini.
No gawkers either. A few nude men that like to girl watch, but they are on every beach. To me, gawkers have cameras and wear clothes.
Some day I will go back! Jan

We stopped by twice on our last trip to Maui. The cotton-tails and cotton-tops seemed to be married manlanders going for their first nude experience. Little Beach had families to AARP, but the cotton-people kept to themselves, were usually a couple, not in their 20's. She kept sunglasses on and he stayed on his tummy! lol At least initially. People watching at such a place is great. No bugs either!

Sounds like a great place OakPark. The last time we were in Hawaii, a nudist was almost as bad as developer. Glad to hear there are some places where nusism is legal and accepted, would make the trip to Hawaii that much more enjoyable.

Kim, from what I heard the Little Beach is an accepted nude beach but doesn't have legal standing. Can anyone confirm if what I heard is true (or untrue) ? And I also heard that some local people have been trying to shut it down in the last couple of years. I just hope it will stay on as a nude beach. It's just too bad the island paradise with great sand and sun does not have any government-sanctioned nude beaches.

Bernie I wish they would at least sanction one beach as a legal nude beach for nude tourism.

That would be nice, especially the island paradise is perfect for nudist activities. But as long as they leave the Little Beach as it is now, we will have to find an excuse to go to Maui !
