How many hours on a average day do you spend in the nude?
I spend approximately 12 hours day during the workweek in the nude. Than on the weekends I spend approximately 20 hours in the nude a day. |

Hours are getting longer due to spring. I was out getting my grill secured last night as the storm came in and even the rain was warm enough to hang out in. I just have to remember to turn the lights off when I go out on the drive!

Bob is too reticent to say that he has only one outfit to wear, and he can keep that going all year before he needs to wash it. Just kidding ya, Bob!! 
I'm nude all day now thanks to the invention of spring. I just wish my neighbors were also nudists so I could go out in my backyard. I have some selling to do to them!! Maybe leave AANR brochures on their door step before sunrise.

i'm retired so if i'm home i'm nude, if it's cold i'll put on a t shirt but why dress when it more comfortable sitting or laying around nude unrestricted. if the doorbell rings i don't dress but use the door as my cover and yes if someone non-nudist is coming to visit i will dress but most know to call ahead of time. |

The weather was good enough some this week to be outside doing some yard work. Even though it was only about +45, the sun felt really good. I got about 3 hours of out side time before the wife got done with her earns. Looking forward to more time out doors! |

I just returned from a long weekend annual trip to Death Valley. Our motorhome and Jeep were a mess. The inside of the motorhome was cleaned today by my wife and I ... in the nude. It's warm here in town and all of our neighbors have their A/C on, windows and shutters closed and so ... we had no worries of being seen. Before we tackled this project, I stood outside the motorhome while the Prof was nude inside to see if I could see her. I couldn't so we went ahead with our cleaning detail.
So ... we were naked most of the morning, the afternoon in the motorhome and just slipped something on to get from the motorhome to the house and back. We went and washed the Jeep at the coin car wash and then came home, got naked and will be til tomorrow morning. Temps are great here until around 8:30 pm when it gets cool.

I'm nekkid most of the day; I only put on (ugh) clothes to go outside or if someone comes over. It's great! I hate the feeling of clothes against my skin, and being cut off from the breeze. I'm lucky I live in Southern California -- I can even be nekkid several hours a day in the middle of "winter"! |

Unlike FireProf in the warmer climes of southern California, I live in the northern part of the state, where things colder in the winter, and spring can be a bit more dramatic.
With the advent of the late warmer temperatures (in the 70s and 80s) the clothes are staying off all day. I do remember to put them on when I step out to run errands. I'm a virtuous nudist that way.

It varies so much for us. We've been naked from about 9pm on Thursday night til about 8:30 am Friday morning. We slipped on some clothes to take my Jeep in for some work and were home by 10:30 am, after running a couple of errands. We were naked the rest of the day until 5pm to pick up my jeep, then back home and naked until this morning about 10 am when we got dressed to go watch our grandson's t ball game. We ran a couple more errands and helped our daughter get a picnic table and deliver it to her house, then had lunch with her. We were home at 2 pm and have been naked since. Not sure what tomorrow brings but we will undoubtedly be dressed for an hour or so for an errand and then back home to get naked, again, to enjoy the rest of the day watching the Arnold Palmer Invitational.
I'm gearing up for my annual Death Valley trip with friends. Lots of errands to run and lots of things still to be done that require clothing, the entire week before we leave. It's a long weekend of wearing clothes, except for sleeping. So ... all this naked time and clothed time ... averages out!

I would say on average, I'm naked about 8 or 9 hours a day. Between work, going to the gym, and going to take care of my mom. Some days I'm naked more and some less. There are some weekends where I'm naked the entire weekend. |

Wow ... things have changed quite a bit since my first post on this subject... 12 years ago!!! I've since retired and have been for 6 years. After I retired, I took a couple of years to figure the whole retirement thing out. Spent lots of days at the club or the beach. I would have to say that during those first couple of years, after I retired, I spent much more time naked than I did dressed.
As I stated, I spent time at the club or the beach. We bought a 24/7/365 membership at our club and had a key pass, so we could come and go around the clock everyday. I took advantage and was there almost as much as I was home! I'd leave the house and drive there naked, used the key entry and spend the day at the club til about 5p. I'd get in the car/truck naked and drive home, go inside, fix dinner and do it all over again the next day. If I decided not to go to the club, I just stayed home and spend the day on our pool deck.
The Prof has now retired and enjoyed not getting dressed for work for almost a year. There are days ... 2-3-4 days straight where we don't have the need to leave the property so we are naked for that long. That can have a downside. As much as we prefer to be naked, it's not possible to do so 24/7/365 because we have to go out into the textile world for various things ... the market, the PO, the hardware store, grandkids sporting events, visit with family and friends ... you can't stay hold up in your house forever just cuz you don't want to put clothes on, and there is the downside to always being naked. Sometimes we will put off doing some of these things so we don't have to get dressed.
Luckily, we've found a happy medium and are naked when we can be and clothed when we must/should be. For us, it's not all or nothing. We've been able to blend our love for nudism at home and socially, with being out and about in society and being dressed for the day, if that's what's required. We don't fret about wearing clothes, like "I" used to, and we still seem to spend the majority of days naked.

Usually around 12 to 14 hours a day through the week but mostly 24 hours a day on the weekend unless we go to the store or out to eat.

I can't imagine what my work colleagues would think if I turned up nude... Tho' they probably wouldn't be too surprised, they all know that I go to the nudie beach.
