Well we're in the middle of some extensive renovations in our home and I just spent the entire day naked while I spread drywall mud on all the new drywall. Needless to say I'm covered in mud and, it got into the craziest places . My wife came home and said she never wants me to wear clothes to do renos again.
So I was wondering what other stories are out there about naked home renovations, anyone care to share? |

This topic escaped me and last year while visiting with our friends in AZ, at their winter home, we did so many renovations in the nude ... I don't think we did any reno's clothed! ahahahaha
We worked on their casita, dismantled a pool heated and waited til really late at night and took the scrap out to the curb, we did some fence privatizing, hung stereo speaker wire and speakers, worked on their outdoor shower ... and after all these and many other renovations to their home, we kick back on their pool deck and take a much deserved beer/wine/beverage break, a dip in the pool and then ... back to work!

Started on assembling a shed in the back yard. Can't do anything nude even though the humidity is 100% and temps heading to the high 80's again today.
The shed is going to be the anchor of my little privacy area in the back yard along with several large bushes and a garden fence. I should be set up nicely by next summer.

Not so much a "renovation" but ... we visited close friends, also nudists, that live on 6 acres in WA. They were doing some front yard beautification and he and I laid down some stepping stones, leveled them, added a cute water fountain ... all in the nude. We then slipped on some shorts, t shirts and flip flops and went and got a trailer full of bark dust. We spent a few hours unloading it and spreading it on in their planters ... again, all in the nude.
I do all my inside and some of my outside renovations in the nude and we also have close friends, again also nudists, that have a home in AZ and we frequently go to their place and do a ton of renovations at that home in the nude. Much more productive when I'm ... comfy! hahaha

This past weekend I had the opportunity to install several bathroom faucets in our new house while being naked. The last time I was able to work like this was over two years ago when I painted the townhouse we lived in. I have a long list of projects to do, unfortunately the majority of them are outside and we have not established enough privacy landscaping / hardscaping yet to enjoy our backyard freely. Those projects, however, are first on the list. |

Looking forward to this weekend, Painting and fixing up the guest room, both of us naked of course.
I agree Fire, you take your time and do a much better job when your comfortable.
Even Angie enjoys it too.

It's difficult for me to do any renovations on our home, on our motorhome, with clothes on. There have been times when I've had to and it wasn't fun, couldn't wait to finish and in all honesty ... I did a crappy job cuz I just wanted to finish and get my clothes off.
When I'm naked and working, I go slower, I do a much better job and I enjoy my projects much more. Even makes it much, much better when the Prof would join in. Most times, I would do these projects myself because she was usually busy grading papers ... in the nude! But now that she's retired, we have made a list of "to do" things, projects in and around the house where we can do most to them naked.
The only thing I wish I could do is ALL my outside renovations in the nude. Living in a tract home, we are able to be naked in our backyard but can't in the front yard and if we lived out in our wine country, there is much more space and privacy between neighbors and that ability to work and be nude on your entire property is abundant out there.
I've actually gone to our club for the day to work on our motorhome just so I can work on it in the nude. It costs me the price of renting a space for the day/night but it's worth it to be able to work on it in complete comfort. Besides, if I get done with my projects early enough, I also get time to visit the pool deck and get some more sun!

Just spent a day with an orbital floor sander on our 1200 sq. ft. rear deck. And all day yesterday restraining it, all in the nude!!
Now it pool time !!! |

Laurel is good and its evergreen. If only it would warm up hear in England I could get planting where we could be overlooked. Don't do gardening unless I am nude.

Thanks TallTim for the idea of using lilacs as a blind. I will have to check into using that idea to help block the view. |

If I had a house to improve, I'd do it in the nude. Since I can't, I don't. If I could, I would; but at my age, I haven't learned very many home improvement skills yet, anyway.

My next project is a large privacy fence, with a limit of 6 feet. But, there is no limit on our lilacs, which reach 10 feet on average. Our new neighbor is a bit weird so this may come in handy.

I my plans come together, hopefully within the next couple of years I will be able to enjoy the great outdoors nude in my yard. I am going to install a fence to keep our dog in. Next I will be planting shrubbery and flowers along the outside of the fence to block the view from the neighbors. I know it would be easier to install a six or eight foot privacy fence but I cannot afford it. So I go with plan "B", fence and plants. |

Haven't posted here in a couple years now.... I have done several home projects while nude. I have built a deck, put up a fence, painted several rooms, replaced siding on the house, pressure washed the deck and house, planted flowers, cut wild flowers, picked blackberries, stacked firewood and mowed the yard several times a year.
It’s so nice not having any close neighbors.

If there is nobody overlooking, why bother with clothes? Of course, gloves and clothes are a good idea when doing some jobs, but painting for example is a perfect choice for wearimg nothing at all. Now a chain saw, might just cause more caution!

Like most of you I do as many inside home repair or renovations in the nude. Last year I was asked to do so wall paper hanging at a friends house. While my wife and my friends wife were out shopping I was hanging paper in the nude with a listening ear and a watchful eye. Our friends to this day do not know I hung their wallpaper while nude. |
