Made a trip to Hidden Creek beach on Labor Day weekend. Very nice beach. They have trees which help provide shade (what else did you expect trees to do?). The sand is much more pleasant to walk barefoot on, even if your feet are the product of city living. The people there are more close knit than folks at nearby Secret Cove. I joined the Tahoe Area Naturists right at the beach, for the sum of $3. The head of that group, TAN,is also the mayor of the beach. Pays to know powerful people. Two sherrifs happened by and were very friendly with the nudists. Can't beat that!!
It's a five star beach.
