Just recently a Canadian National sweep of child porn sites, users, and victums netted 60 arrests and confiscation of computers and materials sexually exploiting children, visiting these sites predators and those with a sick desire to have sex with children seem to think their actions are not harmfull, what a wake up call.
Personel possession of one's nudist's family photo's would not be considered porn in their possession .

I mean, all of this talk about child pornography is BS. I think the courts have already rules on this with trueteenbabes.com about what is and what isn't pornography.

I agree with davet73. The hysteria (a well gendered term) about "child pornography" is part of an anti-men hate program. It almost never alleges any actual harm to any child. Even computer generated faux children are now "victims" to entrap and destroy men. Sham on the hate mongers. Shame on the blue shirts, black ties, and black robes who use hate to destroy men.

There is a fine line between photographing nude children at play, and nude children being photographed for sexual thrills.
If a photo is taken of a child in the average nudist resort or outing in the wilderness, I don't see any problem with it. However, if any shades of sexuality are admixed with a photo of a nude child, then I think that activity is exploitive and reprehensible.
E.g., if nude child is playing with his/her toys next to a lake, where the parents are there, too, that is natural. If a nude child is photographed next to people engaged in sex, that should be a crime.
What about a nude child in the same photo with the parents kissing in the nude? Or what about a nude child in the same photo when deal old dad is groping dear old mom in a sexual way, without the child seeing that activity? That gets into a gray area, and is open to discussion, interpretation, and judgment.
As Supreme Court Justice Potter Stewart said, in paraphrasing, I can't define pornography, but I know it when I see it.

Actually, as a criminal prosecutor, I have worked with ICE on child porn cases, and I can tell you that there IS a definition. I can also tell you that the world of child porn contains images and videos of things you do not want to even imagine.
Bottom line: typical nudist images of kids of any age are generally not considered pornographic under federal law.
