Yep, sounds like our experience this spring. We were there on a weekday and the weather was perfect. A great mix of people and languages. It seems there are gawkers and the occasional perv everywhere, even on clothed beaches. We were actually impressed by how few gawkers there were, considering the urban setting. And yes, they are very outnumbered and insecure at Haulover.
I envy you staying so close by. What is the Ocean Palm like? What did you do in the evenings?
