We live in a rural area, (very private), just north of Charleston, SC., with a pool, hot tub and a dock with boat on a deep water creek, and are wanting to open up our home as somewhat of a c/o B&B, in the Charleston area.
Would a C/O, B&B in this area be of interest to anyone?
What we have to offer is:
1) Private 3rd floor,(with elevator access), with 2bdrm, both with private bathrooms, and both with very nice views of pool, creek and marsh.
2) Home has 2 full kitchens, so guest would have the use of one, plus a grill by the pool.
3) Could be nude anywhere on the property, anytime, inside or outside.
4) Pool, hot tub, screened in bar with music, fridge and bathroom, and boating, all on site and nude.
5) 30 minutes from local beaches, not nude.
6) 40 minutes from downtown Charleston.
7) Continental breakfast served each day.
8) Possible auto available.
9) We would be able to offer this less than any decent hotel in Charleston. May thru Sept.
WHAT DO YOU THINK??? Comments? Suggestions????
Would there be a demand for such a place in the coastal SC area only minutes from Charleston?
What would people be looking for in such a place???????

We are long time nudists, both in and out of the house, (even the mail lady has gotten used to me cutting the grass nude), AANR members, both of us are in our mid 50's and would love to do this if there seems to be an interest.

It sounds like a really nice place you have there. I'm sure that it would of interests to a lot of folks..... me included. What would your rates be?

Spring @ Summer rates around $70 to $75 per night Fall @ Winter rates a little cheaper,with discounts offered for week long stays.Deals could also be made for someone renting both rooms.Like I said this is still in the planing stages nothing is set in stone.I would like to hear your comments on the proposed rates. We hope to have a web page set up in about 6 wks.

Definitely sounds good. I haven't lived in the Carolina's since my army days at Fort Bragg back from 1990-92, so I don't know what type of demand there is there. But I can imagine a place to go au-natural in the Carolina's in the summer would be pretty ideal.

From what I have read and heard, There are alot of members and non-members all around South Carolina. I live Charleston and was looking for Resorts near Charleston. The only one I found was In NC Near N. Mytle Beach. Plus myself and my girlfriend are new to nudism, so That maybe a good place for now.
But let us know if you get it going.

Yes. Your place sounds like and excellent place for a nude B&B. We would be interested in visiting there. Go for it.

I'm salivating merely by reading the description of your property. I'd have a cashier's check waiting for you, if I lived your vicinity. What a wonderful opportunity for a lucky person who can take advantage of your fantastic place. <banging forhead on keyboard for not living closer to you>

SC has a rather large Naturist population so it should do very well.

Hello, We are a columbia sc couple so we would be very interested,we are considering renting out our cabin in boone nc for fellow nudists to rent.Parties that are interested let us know !!
