Had a brief but pleasant visit on Sunday by Bob on his way to NJ from Baltimore, and JoAnn (Revampd), who lives nearby. It was nice to see you both again. Bob, sorry to hear you didn't make it to Gunnison Beach on Tuesday... this lousy weather just won't quit.
Still trying to arrange some type of get-together with others in the Philadelphia area... Sunday was a step in the right direction. As I've said before... suggestions are welcome.

I've been asked to post the following information. It has to do with an event in MD, not too far from us in the Philly area... about 90 mins. Check it out.

THE MARNA group is actively considering overnight events beginning in the Summer of 2010 and theres no better place in the Baltimore area than Ramblewood, a longtime Summer Camp that's adopted a clothes optional policy. Its an awesome place, and the August 15th event will be like no other we've done. They're charging $30 for a day at camp! You can be dressed or go nude, your choice. See the website. I've checked their web site. This sure seems to be a great place. MARNA is a non-landed club. They rent places to have events. If folks don't show up they can go broke quick. They were able to get Ramblewood based on the turnout for the Skinny-dip (about 100). Hope to see LOTS of people there(and good weather).
Unlike the skinny-dip location Ramblewood advertises that they book nudist groups. www.Ramblewood.com

Just a reminder about the MARNA event at www.ramblewood.com on Sat from 11AM to 4PM, details above. They are hoping to do more events here including overnight events but they need folks to show up. JoAnn (Revamped) and I will be there, hope to see some others from the forum.

Sorry for not responding to your post sooner... it has been an unusually busy summer for me and I have hardly been on this site at all.

I am new and just joined the site and have been interested in nudism for fairly long time now. Getting together with other members from around Philly would be cool, however it would be my first time.

Well, my Phi Nu Party was held. Thanks from my Wife and myself to those who came, and we all had a fine time.
My property features a quarter-acre secluded zone inside a dense wall of shrubbery, and two secluded porches. But it was mostly held indoors due to humidity and mosquitos. There will be more get-togethers in the future, and I am aiming for January next.

UMMMM.. I think you quoted the wrong post. While some complain that the DC ride isn't nude. I think having the photo ops in front of the US Capital and the White House are worth it. Trust me 90% of the people that see us, think we're nude. Most of us are wearing little more than a condom anyway.

I used to cycle a lot. Riding nude would be something new to try, but getting arrested for it isn't something on the list of new things.
