Does anyone know what the penalties are for giving/receiving a nude massage if someone you were caught?

There is a strong stigma attached to 'nude massages' due the the sexualization of today's society. PLUS, many looking for nude massages are men, looking for the (so-called) therapist to be nude and to have a VERY happy ending.
I have 2 friends who are legit and turn away close to 90% of their inquiries because they are looking for sex.
Nudist looking for other nudists are one thing. Asking an LMT to allow you to be nude sends up a dozen red flags to most legit massage professionals.
Good luck. You'll do better looking within our close knit group.

My massage therapist has become in my view a treasured friend, even though we have never socialized outside her studio. But she is so good, and makes such an incredible connection through the medium of touch, that after our sessions I feel as close to her as I do my "real" friends. She has magic in her hands .. she is absolutely wonderful :)
Back to the topic .. I always use a sheet. It has never occurred to me to ask otherwise. However, her orientation form does specifically ask if females want their breasts massaged. I said "yes". She is completely professional in every respect .. there is no sexual implication at all when she does body work on my breasts, and I certainly desire none. I don't know how she is with men, but I'm perfectly happy with the way she does me.

I was in Barcelona about a month ago and I can tell you the massage girls (clothed) had no problem with nude massages to both male and female patrons. Front and back - no problem.
About 20 euros for complete massage, or 5 euros for back and 5 euros for front.

The massage therapist I go to offcially has a very strict policy that you have to be covered. She follows it without exception with the men and lets the women more or less dictate what they are comfortable with. I suppose that is a double standard, but from her perspective, it makes total sense, at least I think so. I wear a sheet to start, and then depending on what she does, it may come off. I have a lot of lower back issues which requires work on the back of my thighs and my butt. She usually will touch my breasts when working my upper body, but I am flat on my stomach, and it doesn't bother me anyway. She is fantastic!

We recently took a cruise, and my wife had several massages and hot rock massages. Given by a fully dressed female MT, my wife was naked and undraped. I have been doing some googling, and have learned that many nude/clothing optional resorts, such as the Terra Cotta Inn in Palm Springs, CA, do nude massages, either in your room, or a special area outdoors...

The girl I have been getting massages from for about 10 years has been doing undraped massages on me in the summer when it's warm and drapped when it's cold. Nothing sexual about it. I usually get a 90 minute massage, by the time she has me turn over half way through I am so relaxed that it's obvious I'm not up to anything. The first 2 years I saw her the massages were draped, one hot summer day I was hot to the core when she started my massage. She commented that I was hot, I said yes I am and I wish we didn't need this sheet. She said I think I can trust you if I take it off. I assured her that she could and it's been a great therapist/customer relationship since.

I have often thought about getting a massage but never really took the opportunity. I recently had a knee injury while running, something I've been doing for more than 30 years. I went to a recognized sports medicine clinic and after a treatment,the chiropractor suggested that his massage therapist might be able to help. I thought about it for a few days and my knee problem persisted so I went yesterday. As I met the therapist for the first time, she asked if I were shy. I assured her that I was not and was a back yard nudist. She left me to undress and get on the table with a sheet and light blanket covering me. When she returned, we agreed that it was my legs which needed the most attention, both the one that hurt and the other which has been compensating. As she worked, she asked me if I meant what I said about being a nudist or was I joking. I assured her I meant it and explained that I love to be nude at home and in the back yard. In the process, she told me that her husband had always enjoyed being naked.
As the treatment went along, she asked if I were too warm. If I were she would remove the sheet to which I readily agreed. There I was on my front so that she could work on both legs without hindrance. When it came time to work on my quads, I told her I was comfortable just turning over if that was o.k. with her. She assured me that it was and so I turned over. As she started in on my quads, she remarked, "Once you've seen a man naked, you've seen them all." I smiled to myself and she continued in her very professional way to give my muscles relief. We also continued to share experiences about our families since we both have several children and we are both grandparents.
How lucky am I? As I've read various posts on this and other forums, many have decried the lack of therapists who will give a nude massage. Here I have found one on the first visit in a recognized sports medicine clinic with a very professional and experienced therapist (nearly 30 years). I will be back, not just so I can have a massage in the nude but so I can find the relief that my muscles desperately need after more than 3 decades of running!

I have been receiving massages for many years here in N. California and only once did the MT ask me to wear my underwear . I never went back . I have always been nude under the sheet and they are always very professional . I also go to a local clothing optional hot springs here and during the summer months when it is warmer a cover sheet is not used . Again I can not stress enough the professionism of the MT . Trust between you and the MT are paramount .

I have received both covered and nude massages in the past. Being covered I was more concerned with the possibility the MT would reach under the cover and touch me in the wrong area. I have been getting massages at the resort nudist resort near my home. Being nude when i walk in for the massage I was never covered. The MT also made house calls and I set up times for her to come to the house. I have never been draped in fact she has never seen me in clothes as i have always greeted her in the nude. She is very professional and there has never been any problems.

I have recieved nude massages in the past but they were while visiting a nudist club, there is a lady in my area that allows you to be nude or wear underwear when you are getting a massage, says she wants the person comfortable and advises that you will be covered anyways by a sheet, that seems acceptable.

Nude massage sounds like fun. I used to go for back massage and reflexology when was single, it was great for de-stressing, the one time I had a full body massage, I was asked to keep my pants on. I very much doubt if I'll find a masseuse who do it nude in S.A.

I've only had four massages in my life. One was at a resort (textile) in San Antonio a second here in town and two at Cypress Cove from Tammy Carter
who runs/owns the massage facility there. I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of dress level during the massages in the two textile facilities. In both
cases I was told to 'undress to whatever level I was comfortable'. My midsection had to be covered which applied at Cypress Cove too. I guess
it's up to the massage therapist and local laws as to what you do/don't wear during a massage.

It's also up to the state licensing board's code of ethics, and they are quite strict. In some states, a massage therapist can lose their license for so much as dating one of their clients.
I'm sure we all understand how and why such a strict code came about.

i am a licensed massage therapist. in my state i can lose my license, be fined , etcetera for dating any client that i did not have a relationship with previous to my licensure (yes, i can massage my hunny.)
my state also has very strict laws on draping, and i'm not willing to risk my license for a stranger. maybe after a strong client relationship has been established.
however, there are reasons for draping. i can't massage nude in my office. in order to assure my client stays toasty warm i would have to hike the heat. i would be quite repulsive and dripping by the conclusion. the body really truly does cool down an appreciable amount once fluid starts moving. i have a heated table warmer under my clients, and they usually are happy for the sheet and blanket too. of course, the northeast is chillly...
however i like my clients to be comfortable also. i can completely understand chucking the blanket if my client wishes, and could even use a super super light sheet, not a regular bed sheet if needed. some gauzy or silky materials are quite light and could fit the bill.
i also am not an agressive "tucker". some mt's try to shove that blanket way under. i figure as long as its in the general area i'm good. i also have clients who do not want heavy draping, and so they are only draped over the buttocks and low back and then the breast and groin area with a bit of leg.
my state also legally states that i am to drape a man fully over the chest the same as a woman.
i always fold back the drape to fully work on each area, and no one gets out of my space without their glutes and piriformis getting some work unless requested not too. i have yet to meet the person who doesn't need work there.
as to the licensing issue. i worked very hard to get my license. my state has the second highest education requirements in the nation, and i had over a thousand hours of education in addition to clinic time. it took me a year and a half of full time school and full time work. a home equity loan to pay the tuition, and carry some bills during, and the most understanding spouse in the world. so, the loss of my license is not an idle matter. but in the same light, i take special pride in all the work i can do on each of those nuscles i know the name of, and i can practice over 20 modalities of massage therapy.
i do also have one more comment. it is your massage, and your therapist should work with your needs within the confines of what they can legally do.
what this means is that you can request that your mt use oil, lotion, powder etcetera. you can ask to start face down (for example you have a meeting after and need to have the squishy lines off your face when you leave), you can request your mt to work specific areas that need assistance more than others and what not. if you need work on your back, its ok to state your intention. i always like my clients to explain their needs rather than staying mum.
this is similar to other professions in this way. if you went to a florist and asked for roses but they gave you carnations because they think they are better, would it be okay? and would you return?
