As a new commer I have found this site to be a very good.
I beleive in what was mentioned earlier that an appropriate period of elapsed time should be considered to help eleviate the issue of "PORN" seekers. But anouther consideration would be the abilility to insert an away message. People do get sick, go on vacations, even have real jobs working 60+ hours a week. I know sometimes I don't touch my computer for months a t a time. And an excellent idea about the male/female thing mentioned like Northwest-Nugist. org does.
I also think that as at many sites there are mandatory feilds to be filled out and this site needs that. I did'nt post anything there at first cause I wasn't sure I was gonna enjoy it so much, however if you require perticular information then that person takes a risk at exposing themselves if the are after porn. Besides I'm sure that you could go to the gov website that lists pedifiles, sex offenders and the like on a web site and screen those that match the names out. You seem very inteligent and talented, you created all of this, its a thought I havn't seen here.
Also after running around the site for a few days , and entering into some of the forum areas, I'll offer theses suggestions:
1) I think that the reponses or replys should apear from must recent to oldest not vic a vera, it would be easier. I'm not suggesting the old ones disapear just rearanged or possibly after awhile they could go into a folder for anyone who cares to browse through.
2) Spell checker in the message boxes or resonse boxes. I know I'm not the greatest speller in the world sometimes.
3) I see alot of new members arriving to the site. Now of course not all will stay but a new member "get to know ya type of forum", being welcomed by some of the older members. Kinda like do ya have a question about how to get around etc... WE DO THAT AT OUR GATHERING, WE GREAT NEW COMMERS OPENLY, SORRY DIDN'T REALIZE I WAS SHOUTING and don't feel like retyping all of that.
Well I think I've suggested enough for one night. Thank you for the oportunity to alow (seee sp) us members to participate in suggestions. Thats what makes us AMERICANS!!!!!!!! THE 5TH AMEDMENT!!!!!! LETS HELP PROTECT IT!!!!! Sorry I do realize that not all members here are from the great US of A
Again thank you for your considerations.

Jo, There's a great online spell checker you can import, and it'll be available when you're online: www.iespell.com
To use it after you type, right click on your mouse and you'll have the option to check your spelling.

Hello Administrator,
I really enjoy the board...interesting, informative and a place for nudists to exchange and discuss information, ideas and concepts. Thank you for having it and maintaining it for all of us.
One minor suggestion: perhaps there could be a way to mark a topic "read" with a mouse click as opposed to having to open the subject and sometimes all the pages.
Thanks again... Have a good one...

Hi Cheri
I hope I spelled that right
Thanks for the info. Downloaded in seconds!
For those of you who have the same issues try this and see. Not hard to do and relitively quick, other cool stuff also available. Spell on!!
Now help me to figure out a few other things to have cool pictures like some and the auto quote added to all things life would be so much easier! Anyone! I'd appreciate the assistance.
Jo

In answer to Karin P re- PM's
On another site that I belong to, we have a system we refer to as IM ( instant messege ) kind alike a Private chat area. If anyone sends you an IM the system, while your logged on that is tells you right away. If your not logged on then the messege goes into you e-mail.

Hi Cheri, I didn't have to download any spell checker as It already exists on my posting form, why are others not seeing it?

There is a slight change in the darkness of the link already visited, perhaps not enough for some browsers. I'll try some other choices.
The idea of a button to mark messages read is a good one. We'll look for an opportunity to add it to code. Thanks again.

How about a set of forums for different nudist places where people can leave reviews, like how people do at Amazon for books and other items. I know we already do something like this for a few places(Sun Sport Gardens, Lupin, etc.) but how about something more formalized where someone submits a resort name and people can start to chime in. It can include website links, telephone numbers, etc. What do you think?

We have that. Make sure your email function is enabled in your profile. I receive email notices all the time, doesn't everybody?
I can look into the live notice feature.

Got that too. Our whole section of Nudist Resorts - Naturist Resorts, Nudism Places is just for that purpose! It's currently divided into three categories, Conservative, Romantic, and Special Interest resorts. That's our treasure trove of information.
It takes some work cutting and pasting text, but you can come up with a decent post this way without a restricting form to fill out.

Not a bad idea. I like useability suggestions. I've added a few signposts that lead to here.

Have a look here for information about posting pictures in your profile. Add a photo to your post like this. The auto quote ("signature") is added from within your profile.

In the "Quick Reply" form, there is no spell check. Would it be possible to add the spell check to the "Quick Reply" feature?
Hugs, Cheri

The name of the website is "nudist-resorts", right? I wish there were more posts actually discussing the good and bad points of various resorts and beaches, a fewer (a LOT fewer) posts on the finer points of pubic hair shaving. I don't care if you braid your pubic hair into dreadlocks, but I do care about your experiences and opinions of the relatively few nudist options available to us.
