I am a newbie but from my googles Lanzarote is more naturist friendly, but http://www.nudistbeaches.info/maps/canaries-map.htm

Bizarre typos hey, I prefer the to the point "you butchered up the spelling" !
Thanks to you both for enlightening me. You'll never guess how I got on with the language in the Canaries, when I have this much difficulty with US/UK English.

I think this was a deliberate mispelling of the slang American term "doozy" or doozie". quote:

Can anyone help me with the meaning of "dewsies"
On topic, I plan to go back to the Canaries later this year, it is still at the planning stage though.

I haven't been to Tenerife, but I have talked with people that have. I was told they had to go out away from town to be nude.

I also ditto Gregs response, from research and one trip Fuerteventure is your safest bet, go to the beaches away from town.
However, if you assume then perhaps you will do us all a favour and pomote nudiam!

I don't think they all are.
I have a brother-in-law that lives in the Canary islands. I think that most, if not all, are topless, but I think that there are a number of private beach-front resorts prefer to avoid full nudity. I don't know about public land.
