There was a good suggestion for an "off topic" topic, where the Admin won't gripe at you for ignoring the subject!
And so, drum roll please, the moment we have been waiting for has finally arrived! In this thread, and this thread only, it matters not what the subject is, nor if there was a subject in the first place. So, what's new with you?

Posted - 11/07/2004 : 8:15:27 PM With the elections over (Thank the Lord!) it is time to consider important things like giving thanks for life and health and family and friends and the message of peace and hope that comes with Christmas. I hope everyone will have a very enjoyable holiday season and not get too caught up in the madness and busyness without the time for personal reflection. |

Posted - 11/07/2004 : 7:08:05 PM You're welcome Mark. I think this is how these things usually turn out. Better to err on the side of caution untill you get to know who you're dealing with. Good decision to block them.

Posted - 11/07/2004 : 4:26:02 PM Randy and Cheri,
Thanks to both of you. You are correct. These people represented themselves as just low key laid back nudists. Now they are asking for more and wilder stuff. I didn't think it was proper but being so new to these nudist sites I thought I would ask. Anyhow they made it to the wall of shame on my blocked senders list.
Thanks again, Mark |

Posted - 11/06/2004 : 10:52:48 PM Good advice, Randy.
Personally, the person is more important that the photo, what he/she is inside.
I'd question the motive of anyone asking for nude photos when I've not yet met him/her.
Regards, Cheri

Posted - 11/06/2004 : 10:00:53 PM Some people join thinking that these places are picture exchanges. They're not, and it isn't normal (or in my opinion) proper for people to ask. I would not exchange with people you don't know. Maybe they are a nudist couple and maybe they aren't. Maybe they are swingers or worse. There is no way of knowing whether or not the pics they offer are even of themselves. Even if they are authentic, you have to wonder what is the motivation? Obviously, I would strongly advise against it.

Posted - 11/06/2004 : 8:15:04 PM This is a question off in an entirely different direction. But we met another nudist couple online at the INA website and they are wanting to exchange nude photos. Being fairly new to the nudism community, I was wondering if this is normal. Can anybody help me out with this? They did go out on the proverbial limb and offer the first pics.
Thanks, Mark |

Posted - 11/06/2004 : 08:36:36 AM Cookie you said it brother, and how! Usually I'm on an over 50 chat room talking where the topics consist of gun control, someone's landscape, cooking, music, etc. nothing erotic (which by itself was great), then out of the blue someone asked me if I was a nudist. I was initially taken back because I didn't remember telling anyone. I asked the party why such a question! The party stated they were browsing all the profiles of those on the chat line. It then hit me I forgot I put nudism on my profile under "My Hobbies". The same party asked me where I go and I told him "in house at this time". I continued to inform the party my first experience will be sometime in the future. I didn't feel comfortable attempting to tell someone that I've had more experience other than I've done. |

Posted - 10/31/2004 : 5:13:36 PM I guess you have to live in Boston to understand how much this means to eveyone that the curse has been reversed!!
I think of my Mum, who passed away a few years ago, she would live and die for the Sox. She would root for them every game. I remember her in 67(heartbreak), and then in 75(another heartbreak), and through Buckners legs in 86, she could not belive it.
I know she was looking down and smiling over Fenway Park, and waving a Red Sox Pennent.
Thank you Red Sox, as all of us New Englanders have said, "Now we can die in Peace"!!!

What a day in Boston! It was raining, cloudy, damp, cool, but there was something in the air that had not been around for 86 years. Yes, a World Championship. I was at the parade today in Boston along with my wife and 5 million other faithful of Red Sox Nation. Yes, they are nothing but a "bunch of Idiots", but they were able to pull it off! Do you believe it?
It was amazing to see the parade travel through the streets of Boston, and then have the "ducks" enter the Charles River, and travel along the shore of Boston and then back down along the shore of Cambridge. I thought the Super Bowl Parades were great, this was one to be in the history books.
After spending our time in Boston and having a great lunch at Abe & Louies my wife suggested that we venture to have her piercings to celebrate the World Series!
I was shocked that she was going to have them done, but since we will be heading off to the South after Thanksgiving, she thought it would be good time for the healing process, and she saw how well I was doing. She said that it was not as bad as she thought it was going to be, and she may venture to one or two more done!
She certainly is full of surprises!!
To the Red Sox!!
The curse has been reversed!!!!

Posted - 10/30/2004 : 7:11:57 PM It was a cool but nice day here in Nebraska. The wind was wild which was good because I like wind having grown up in windy flat central Kansas. I was wondering if anyone out there has experienced a club in this area. I want to go social having been domestic for some time but I don't know where to go around here. Any ideas?"
