The clothing optional resort www.chanresort.com has been sold and now is under new management. The new name is http://ChanTwinResort.webs.com and they are continuing the same clothing optional policies as the previous management. The resort is comprised of 9 petite villas on private grounds with lush flowering trees and bushes and a private lovely pool. Both I and my wife have stayed there many times and have enjoyed getting an all over tan. We would recommend this resort to any one that is a true naturist/nudist.

I don't know of any in Viet Nam or any where else in Southeast Asia that is like Chan Resort. To keep up on the latest naturist resorts (3+), nude cruises (2+), nudes beaches and nude meetups become a member of www.ThailandNaturist.com, it's free and and there are a lot of friendly members.
And there is a big naturist meetup in Sept 2011.
There are 50 members that have RSVP's for the Sept meetup, I think we will call it a Convention instead.

I was in RVN in 1967 and Vung Tau Beach was an R&R centerr, it was wonderful. I would love to be able to go there nude today!

I've checked a few places in the Philippines but can't find anything anywhere, there have been a couple of beaches where I've seen the odd topless bather, but nothing official. I will definitely start a new resort but I think that is about 5 years away (a blink of an eye), but first need to build a following. Maybe the biggest question, is the Philippines ready for freedom ?

There are two nude resorts in Pattaya,the Chan Twin and another one more for swingers and gays I have forgotten the name
There is a big one opening some kilometres south of Pattaya (about 150 )I think but dont quote me they are flogging condos there but it might not be completed Also there is a third but upmarket one opening in Pattaya the Sala Villas,open in January 2014,

The Philippines Skinny Dippers (PHSD) was born. 20+ members, first meeting out of the way and the second meeting planned for February. Things are looking up in the Philippines, the sceptics were wrong, people have matured and are excited to explore their freedoms...

Chan Twin is closed and sold.
It will open under new owner as Sala Villas a NAT member.
The swingers resort in Pattaya is closed and for sale.
The condos thing you are talking about is south of Hua Hin, not Pattaya. They were swinger based and local pressure has stopped it.
