Has anyone here ever tried nude yoga before? I recently went to this yoga place, and I saw people of all ages and both genders doing yoga in the nude together with an instructor. I tried out for a bit, and it was really fun and relaxing, especially since everyone was comfortable being nude there. I look forward to doing more nude yoga, and maybe get some of you to try it as well.

I know that Penn Sylvan, a nude resort near Lancaster, PA, had nude yoga instruction on Saturdays last summer. I never got to participate in it myself, but I heard from others that it was great.

I'm going to try practicing yoga this summer, and yes, in the nude. From the looks of it from books and other accounts, it seems to me that it would be fun and soothing to both body and soul.

There is a nude yoga class in San Francisco on Sunday evenings. I have not been to any of them as yet. They're out there, somewhere.

Hey wow, cool idea. I've wondered if it happened. Does anyone know if there's nude yoga in Durban South Africa? Or nude meditation? I used to do yoga in Johannesburg S.A. but that was before I became a nudist.

A friend of mine wanted to teach a nude yoga class for couples a couple of years ago, but the yoga center wouldn't hear of it. Then, when she tried to have the class independently, they threatened to dismiss her. So it goes.

I have taken a few yoga classes at the warm springs spa I go to here in N. California .The spa is clothing optional but I have never seen anyone in a yoga class nude . We have always worn very loose clothing such as my choice of cotton shorts and a T . Frankly, it would be tough for me a yoga amateur to keep myself focused on the subject of yoga . Just think about the stretching and poses of the other people in the room . It would be quite a site ! I hope not to offend anyone but lets be truthfull . There would be no secret kept after a hour or so of stretching and spreading legs and limbs . Now to answer the question ... Would I do this ? I think so .
