I am not aware of any nude beaches in Baja Mexico. Nudity is really frowned upon by Mexican officials in that area and I would caution you to even attempt it. You may end up with some pretty stiff legal issues. Best bet is to go to a club in California. Swallows Sun Island is really close to San Diego and always welcomes guests.
