I'm hopefully going to be visiting a nude resort for the first time this year, but it got me thinking, what does one bring with them? Aside from the obvious toiletries, about all I can think of are sunscreen, insect repellant, swim goggles, towels and a beach blanket, maybe a baseball cap and shoes. I'm guessing the nice thing about going to a nude resort is you get to travel light

Still, I'm sure I'm forgetting things, so for all of you who are much more experienced than I am, what all do pack in your bag when going on a nude vacation?

Every club and resort we've visited has those little stickers for your phone camera lens and I've never ... never used one. Lets face it ... most of us that visit clubs and resorts are hardly personal photo gallery material. I don't hide what I have on my phone from my wife and if she found me taking pics of naked women at a club or resort ... the pic would NEVER be worth it!

We use our phones to take other pics of ourselves, family, outings, various occasions and I don't want extra crap on my phone camera lens, like sticky clue to muck up, what I've been told , are great photos my cell phone camera takes. I don't need or want pics of some stranger, just because they are naked.

Lastly ... too many rules for some and not enough for others. I've seen guests and members of clubs being harassed by residents for having their cell phone out by the pool but these same harassers have laptops and tablets out and using them but they are somehow more special and have different rules than members and guests.

Loves being naked. Plays well with others!

It may seem obvious, but I would say to bring whatever you would bring to any other beach/resort, just less clothing

That must have been what AllenF was referring to about the red dot covering? I'd have no problem covering up my camera lens. I mainly just want to be able to use my phone for music or streaming a radio station.

Stealer, many resorts have little adhesive stickers that they ask their guest to put over the camera lens on smartphones. It's a minor annoyance, but all in all not a bad solution.

Thanks for taking the time to help me with this. I definitely want to pack as light as possible. Its going to be kind of interesting going to a resort without even needing shorts or a swimsuit to wear to the pool. Definitely looking forward to it though. I'm also going to enjoy not having to haul a suitcase full of clothes in and out of the car and up and down the stairs. That alone makes it all worthwhile. There's definitely a few things many of you mentioned that I hadn't thought of. I hadn't thought of a can koozy, so thank you rkitek for mentioning that one, that's always a must have on a hot summer day.

I know cameras are generally not allowed, but I'm sure many of you use your smart phones for listening to music or streaming online radio stations. Is that generally acceptable to do? My guess is a phone is OK so long as you're not using it to take pictures of other guests?

Towels, flip flops, shorts for the ride there and back - maybe - and beer!

I usually bring a back pack were I keep my wallet, some change, car keys, and standbys such as sun block, water/juice and snack, first aid, hat, reading material, towel (required for sitting/lying), small portable radio w/head set and boots if planning on lots of hiking. I park the pack near a chair. Upon arrival, I undress, throw clothes into car, put on sandals, grab back pack, and head for HQ/Pool.

Happy Nuding.

But you can generally pack VERY light. Don't forget AANR card for discounts. I like bringing a grill and guitar for more than a day.

Forgot my toothbrush, toothpaste and yes some skin lotions / after-sun / oil type products. If it gets cold I guess you need some clothes.
AllenF Posted - 03/06/2018 : 10:32:47 PM
Yes - the comforts - light sandals and the towels, light chair(s) - if you need to sit somewhere outside of the pool area, and I do bring the book(s), my music (old style iPod). No cameras allowed or they use the red dot covering - as I may bring my newer iPod. I have a whole selection of skin care products - oils, screens. I have the nudist baseball cap with zipper to hold belongings - $$$. And you may need to layer some depending on the amounts of sun that you are taking. The sunglasses. Anything for sport - hiking shoes, volleyball tennis/pickleball. Bring what YOU need. Staying over - bring cooler.

There's a few things there that I hadn't thought of. Thanks all!

A hat, sunglasses, a book (or two), some sunscreen, a towel and hopefully my wife. SBN.

While I have not been to a resort, it would depend on what they have to do. If there was hiking, walking trails, different shoes, then for just taking it easy. Might bring a book to read, in case the weather was not good enough to be outside. For me I would also be bringing snacks along that I like! When I am hiking, I always have my day pack with stuff that I think I might need, bit that is not at a resort.
Have fun and lets us know how it goes! We have no resorts up here, but I like hearing about others adventures!

I use a shopping app on my phone for different stores I go. I added a list for resort visits, so here is what I have on my list; ball cap, book, bottle cozi, chapstick, cooler with drinks, flip flops, lunch, phone, sheet (cover lounge chair), running shoes/socks, Sudoku book, sunglasses, sunscreen, sunscreen spray (for hitting those hard to reach places), towels (2), wallet/cc/ID. If I'm teaching Sunday School that week, I'll take my Bible and other materials, and work on my lesson.
