My husband and I are nudists from way back. We are near Orlando, Florida and are disappointed that there are no nude clubs, resorts, campgrounds or anything in Orlando. We only have a few hours to spare and there is nothing nearby. Does anyone know of a naturist retreat or something near Orlando or Lake Mary?

One of the best, if not the best resort is only a few miles from Orlando. Cypress Cove has everything you can possibly imagine. Plyaylinda beach is not that far either. It's located near Cape Canaveral.

From Lake Mary it's about a 45 minute ride to Sunny Sands in Pierson (which I have no personal experience with) or to Apollo Beach at New Smyrna, my favorite place to tan.

Are you kiddin' us??? Cypress Cove in Kissimmiee, Florida, is one of the all-time great nudist resorts in Florida or anywhere else. If you're in Orlando, you're no more than 30 minutes away. Send us an email and we'll meet you there!

florida is the nudist capital of America well at least the east coast, nude beaches nudist clubs and camps, go to a bookstore or contact AANR to find what florida has to offer.

Hi when I lived in Orlando, I always went to Apollo beach. Great place. My brother and sister-in-law keep a camper at Sunny Sands and they go there all the time.
Florida is literally full of naturist venues. Enjoy!

Hey I am coming down at the end of may and looking to find somewhere near orlando to layout and swim my wife is not into the nudist "lifestyle" but i drive to Gunnison Beach alot thru the summer especially when the inlaws are around. Well on our trip to orlando this year she decided to bring her entire family for a getaway so i am looking to find a getaway of my own to get away from them a day or two while we are down for the week. cypress cove doesn't sound like it is very single male friendly. any ideas of where there might be an area to tan and swim?it doesn't have to be with alot of other people if it is thats fine but i just want to be able to lay out read a book and maybe swim somewhere that has cell reception preferrably. i checked with our resort and they were clueless you would think that in this day and age the resorts would have an area for this specifically we will be staying at westgate vacation villas. any ideas?

Your closest venue will be Cypress Cove. Yes if you have an AANR or TNS membership you will have no problems as a single male. I went numerous times this winter without my wife. Lake Como is a little over an hour away. Playalinda will be your closest beach. Again that is an hour drive. Get there by 9 or 10 or you may need to walk from number 12 parking lot to 13 where the nude beach is.
