Beyond the beauty of Caliente Tampa, one of Florida’s most progressive and dynamic metropolitan areas is within easy reach. Amenities include a 33,000 sq ft clubhouse, with two restaurants and five bars. Add to this five swimming pools, with four of those swimming pools heated, and two hot tubs. Caliente has 6 tennis courts, 3 clay and 3 hard, and two championship-sized sand volleyball courts. Two of the pools are water volleyball pools. Caliente provides a playground area for the kids, four petanque courts, and two suffleboard courts. Of the five bars we have a beach bar, a sports bar, a nightclub, a piano bar, and a grotto bar. The centerpiece of Caliente is the large lagoon pool with 247,000 gallons of water with a continuously flowing waterfall and two islands.
